Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Verify cargo weight, secure loads properly, and complete necessary shipping documents accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging device (ELD) records at all times.
- Deliver freight on time and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
