Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A or Class B trucks in a professional manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and compliance.
- Ensure cargo is secured and protected during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- No experience required; we will train the right candidates.
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
