Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight accurately, securing cargo to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and routes.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of highway systems and navigation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
