Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Adhere to strict schedules and route assignments
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete daily trip logs and incident reports
- Ensure bus cleanliness and proper maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with School Bus endorsement
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and assist students with mobility needs
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
