Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Load/unload cargo with forklift certification assistance
- Communicate with dispatch and clients on delivery status
- Represent Swift professionally at customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate basic equipment
- Strong navigation skills and route knowledge
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts
