Responsibilities
- Safely transport cargo to designated delivery locations in Stockton and surrounding areas.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload freight accurately using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR) and adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during loading and unloading processes.
- Manage fueling, maintenance, and cleanliness of the truck.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of local Stockton and Northern California routes.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must have current Medical Card and DOT Number.
