Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Minneapolis and surrounding areas.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Process payments accurately and manage digital receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log mileage accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
