Responsibilities
- Safely Transport Goods: Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers politely, answer questions, and handle feedback professionally.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition.
- Accuracy: Verify delivery logs and maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
- Package Handling: Safely load, unload, and handle packages, ensuring they arrive undamaged.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Possess a valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous driving or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Technology: Comfortable using handheld devices for navigation and delivery tracking.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
