Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles on designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance records
- Load/unload cargo with precision using hydraulic equipment
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulations
- Participate in ongoing driver training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and background check
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area geography
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to handle up to 50lbs regularly
