Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Verify addresses and ensure accurate drop-offs to minimize returns.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, handling inquiries and signatures.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure journey.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage paperwork, including delivery logs and proof of delivery forms.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to obtain a company vehicle if applicable).
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as needed.
