Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation tools to ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address issues promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
