Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A) for local and regional routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo safely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and strictly comply with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery details.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the cargo throughout transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit and able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with flatbed or dry van preferred but not required.
