Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across New Orleans
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Reliable transportation to/from depot location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
