Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate pickups and drop-offs in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent commercial driving background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Mesa metropolitan area and Arizona road systems
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery technology
- Reliable transportation to and from starting point (company vehicle provided during shift)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
