Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely package delivery across Houston metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to assigned routes and optimize delivery efficiency using GPS navigation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and update status
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles (van/box truck experience a plus)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
