Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds consistently
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- High school diploma or equivalent required
