Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages throughout Metro Detroit using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Handle fragile and time-sensitive packages with care
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Metro Detroit streets and highways
- Reliable smartphone for communication and route apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
