Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders across Charlotte metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using our proprietary navigation system for maximum efficiency
- Handle cashless transactions and digital payment processing
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ packages daily and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot (parking provided)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
