Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport time-sensitive packages across Greater Boston using company vehicles
- Maintain strict delivery schedules with real-time GPS route optimization
- Verify package integrity and documentation upon pickup/delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Utilize mobile app for route navigation and proof-of-delivery logging
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Class D driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Boston metro area and surrounding towns
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
