Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional deliveries during night shifts
- Maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform minor preventive maintenance checks and report vehicle issues
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in good standing
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (evening/overnight schedules)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle safety inspections
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
