Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (flatbeds, dry vans) during overnight shifts
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Deliver freight across Texas and Southwest regions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean 3-year MVR
- 1+ year OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of El Paso/Southwest routing
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
