Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles for local/regional routes
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and dollies
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and time management
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with HazMat endorsement (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Proficient with GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Jacksonville metro area geography
