Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26ft) for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and route logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse staff
- Manage paperwork (BOLs, invoices) and digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year box truck operation experience
- DOT medical certification and current physical card
- Reliable personal vehicle for airport runs (if applicable)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong time management and organizational skills
