Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain detailed vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments and delivery confirmations
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse personnel
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening (required)
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Must be 23+ years old with valid passport for cross-border routes
