Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver freight on time and in good condition.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Ensure the security and cleanliness of the vehicle.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A or B.
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
