Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) for local and regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper equipment usage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging systems
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in using GPS navigation and electronic logs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Knowledge of Massachusetts roadways and regulations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
