Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for regional deliveries in the Charlotte metro area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate trip logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while prioritizing safety
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Charlotte area routes and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings
