Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A/B CDL) for local and regional deliveries
- Pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance documentation
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and time-sensitive routes
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Manage delivery documentation and proof of completion
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area routes
- Experience with cargo securement and weight distribution
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
