Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate goals
- Lead net-zero transition strategies for global operations and supply chains
- Drive ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB) and regulatory compliance
- Manage carbon footprint analysis and reduction initiatives across 15+ sites
- Design circular economy solutions for product lifecycle optimization
- Oversee sustainability technology implementation (AI-driven analytics, IoT monitoring)
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and sustainability startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability leadership
- Proven expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting standards
- Strong background in circular economy and supply chain sustainability
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics platforms (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Experience managing cross-functional sustainability teams of 10+ professionals
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
- Deep knowledge of 2026 climate regulations and emerging sustainability tech
