Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps integrating climate resilience, net-zero targets, and ESG compliance
- Lead scenario planning for emerging environmental technologies and policy shifts
- Design circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle optimization
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed sustainability into strategic decision-making
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms for sustainability impact measurement
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing 2030+ sustainability frameworks
- Expertise in carbon accounting, LCA methodologies, and circular economy principles
- Strong proficiency in sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Experience with climate risk modeling and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in sustainability or futurism
