Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligning with 2026 net-zero targets
- Lead carbon footprint analysis and reduction initiatives across 50+ global facilities
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budgets and vendor partnerships for circular economy solutions
- Drive innovation in renewable energy integration and waste reduction technologies
- Mentor sustainability specialists and lead employee engagement programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving 30%+ carbon reduction in large organizations
- Expertise in GRI, SASB, and TCFD reporting frameworks
- Advanced certifications (LEED AP, CEM, or GBA) preferred
- Experience with AI-driven sustainability analytics platforms
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar green funding
