Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 sustainability innovation strategy, aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead R&D initiatives for circular economy solutions and carbon-negative technologies
- Drive stakeholder engagement across C-suite, investors, and sustainability boards
- Develop and manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with clear ROI tracking
- Spearhead partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Report on innovation KPIs and impact metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with proven innovation track record
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) and carbon accounting
- Strong background in circular economy and climate tech solutions
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation or Climate Leadership preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
