Key Objectives:
- Define the technical architecture for our flagship AI products.

Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures tailored for high-frequency data processing and predictive analytics.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts in Generative AI and Neural Architecture Search to achieve breakthrough performance metrics.
- System Integration: Integrate proprietary machine learning models into existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical vision for Project 2026.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
