Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web4) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Prototyping Teams' to validate concepts through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging startups
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning our industry leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an internal culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams across global markets
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic innovations
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
