Responsibilities
Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for the 2026 landscape.Lead architectural decisions for high-availability cloud systems, focusing on security and scalability.Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and autonomous agents.Mentor and train engineering teams on best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps.Drive performance optimization initiatives to reduce latency and increase throughput.
Qualifications
Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and system architecture.Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
