As a key member of our logistics team, you'll operate modern dump trucks for construction and hauling projects across the Phoenix metro area. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class B dump trucks for material transport in construction and industrial settings
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and safety protocols
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient route planning
- Load/unload materials using proper techniques and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery status
- Uphold company safety standards and environmental compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of Phoenix metro area routes and construction zones
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory and delivery documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
