Responsibilities
- Design and deploy secure, audited smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 networks.
- Implement and optimize complex algorithms for consensus mechanisms and staking protocols.
- Conduct regular security reviews and stress tests to ensure system resilience against attacks.
- Bridge the gap between technical blockchain concepts and business requirements.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems onto decentralized networks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in blockchain/Web3.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and off-chain indexing solutions (The Graph).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry) and CI/CD pipelines.
