Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance frontend solutions for the Project 2026 ecosystem using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to bridge the gap between design and technology, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 60fps rendering and minimal load times even in complex 3D environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards and best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging web technologies (WebGPU, WebAssembly) to drive innovation within the 2026 roadmap.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React, Vue, or Angular.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, SASS).
- Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or similar 3D visualization libraries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management patterns (Redux, MobX).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality, user-centric products.
