Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex Smart Contracts (Solidity, Rust, Vyper) with a focus on security and gas optimization.
- Build and maintain high-performance Decentralized Applications (dApps) using React, Next.js, and Web3.js.
- Integrate Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability protocols.
- Contribute to the core protocol architecture and drive technical decision-making within the engineering team.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for decentralization and security.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate user requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Web3, Blockchain, or Smart Contract development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and familiarity with Rust for Solana or Move for Aptos.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), gas models, and blockchain consensus mechanisms.
- Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, or Rust toolchains.
- Proven track record of deploying and auditing production-grade smart contracts on mainnet.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
