Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Analyze patent landscapes and competitive intelligence to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (Stanford, MIT) and government tech initiatives
- Drive ESG compliance in tech deployment and circular economy integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Certifications: TOGAF, PMP, or AWS/GCP/Azure architecture
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Portfolio showcasing patented innovations or industry-disrupting products
