Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects for 16+ host stadiums.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of hardware and software solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to align technical standards with FIFA regulations.
- Oversee on-site technical support logistics and emergency response protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards for large-scale events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, specifically within large-scale events or IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex stakeholder matrices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working with international teams and understanding of cultural nuances.
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
