Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex Solidity smart contracts for high-stakes DeFi applications.
- Optimize gas efficiency and implement advanced consensus mechanisms to ensure maximum throughput.
- Collaborate closely with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and maintain a rigorous audit culture.
- Contribute to the open-source ecosystem and drive protocol upgrades (EIPs) for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to elevate the engineering standard across the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience writing and deploying production-grade smart contracts in Solidity and Rust.
- Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), cryptography, and distributed systems.
- Experience with formal verification tools and leading security audits (e.g., CertiK, OpenZeppelin).
- Strong knowledge of Zero-Knowledge Proofs (zk-SNARKs/zk-STARKs) and Layer-2 scaling solutions.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality code to mainnet and handling complex on-chain logic.
