Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data markup problems.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword-rich strategies that align with user intent and search trends.
- Link Building: Execute high-authority link-building campaigns and manage relationships with digital PR agencies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and ROI.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior SEO analysts and content writers on best practices for on-page optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven history of increasing organic traffic by at least 30% year-over-year.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Craft CMS.
