Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Technical Mastery: Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture optimization, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals improvement.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to produce high-authority, user-centric content that ranks.
- Data Analytics: Conduct deep-dive audits using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to identify opportunities and diagnose technical issues.
- Team Management: Mentor a team of SEO specialists and performance marketers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and advanced SEO technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO auditing tools (Moz, Screaming Frog) and web development basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance issues, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and market gaps.
- Collaborate with content marketing teams to optimize on-page elements and ensure content aligns with search intent.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving revenue through SEO initiatives.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
