Responsibilities
- Execute Technical SEO Audits: Conduct in-depth website audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and opportunities for on-page optimization.
- Drive Organic Traffic: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified organic traffic.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms and content gaps.
- Link Building: Manage and execute off-page SEO strategies, including outreach campaigns and relationship building with high-authority publishers.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to ensure all web assets are optimized for search engines while maintaining high-quality user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on progress and ROI.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement schema markup, structured data, and site architecture improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of significantly improving organic traffic for major websites.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and page speed optimization.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot SEO issues and adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and market trends.
- Language: Native English proficiency is required.
