Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, domain authority, and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexing efficiency.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to identify high-value opportunities and content themes.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content structure, ensuring compliance with modern search standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic rankings, conversion rates, and ROI using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop authority-building link strategies and internal linking architectures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic rankings for mid-to-large enterprise websites.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates, specifically regarding Core Web Vitals and AI Overviews.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
