Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to commercial and residential locations across the Phoenix metro area
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation software to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to verify order accuracy and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist in training new drivers on route procedures and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Proven experience in commercial delivery or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency with delivery tracking software and mobile technology
