Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Plan and execute efficient daily routes to meet delivery deadlines
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and maintain inventory records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize GPS technology for route optimization and real-time tracking
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer signatures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations
- Proficiency with mobile delivery applications
