Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the 2026 strategic roadmap, from initial concept through final execution.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to define clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term projects, ensuring business continuity and strategic alignment.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI and meet key milestones.
- Communicate complex project status, roadblocks, and updates to diverse stakeholders with precision.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel for stakeholder meetings and site visits as required.
