Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project lifecycle for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, R&D, and operations
- Implement Agile methodologies with bi-weekly sprints and quarterly reviews
- Manage $5M+ budget with rigorous financial forecasting and variance tracking
- Stakeholder communication: Present progress to C-suite and external partners
- Risk mitigation: Develop contingency plans for technical and operational challenges
- Drive innovation workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management, with 5+ years in tech/quantum computing
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience leading complex R&D initiatives with $3M+ budgets
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Strong background in stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with quantum computing or high-performance systems preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
